Scheduling Policy

At Cres Everlashing, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for everyone.

Booking Requirements

A $25 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service, payable by cash, Zelle, or debit/credit card, Cashapp.

Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

If we are still able to accommodate you after the grace period, a $15 late fee will be added to your total.

Repeated lateness may result in being blocked from future bookings.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment to rebook.

After two no-shows, you will be permanently blocked from scheduling future appointments.

Guest Policy

No extra guests or children are allowed in the studio unless they are being serviced.

This ensures a peaceful, professional, and focused environment for you and other clients.

Clean Face Policy

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and lashes.

This ensures better lash retention and the best possible results.

Health & Safety

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

Service may be refused if it is believed to be in the best interest of your health or mine.

Phone Policy

To ensure your safety, comfort, and the best lash results, phones must be silenced and put away during your appointment. No phone use is permitted while lash services are in progress. Repeated violations may result in appointment cancellation or additional fees. Thank you for yourunderstanding and cooperation.
